What was the highlight of The Mercer
Great location
The location. Very close to the MRT and bars and restaurants. The executive room was very pleasant, with a lovely lounge area.
One of our rooms that we booked ( studio) wasn’t that clean. People’s hair on the furnishings Minor detail….there was only one coffee each in the room and no water. You could buy this from reception though.

A Quiet and Convenient Location
The location of this apartment was excellent. Guests have access to everything that Hong Kong Central has to offer. The metro line is can be conveniently accessed within a few hundred metres of the hotel. The apartment was well air-conditioned and the bed was comfortable.
The apartment didn't include basic amenities such as toothpaste. However, it is becoming more common for guests to bring their own amenities with them these travel days.

Centrally located and big unit.
Location and size of room. Only 2 units per floor and served by 2 lifts.
Pantry didnt come with dish washing liquid. Only 1 box of tissue given for entire unit. No charging socket beside bed. Air cond temperature not consistent, cold at living room area but warm at bedroom .
